MAN&BOY graduate and long time supporter, Isaac Myhill won Young Volunteer of the Year award at last night's Kingston Celebrating Community Award ceremony!
Having graduated from the MAN&BOY programme himself, Isaac has chosen to give back by volunteering at our camps, activity days and community events with his dad Carl, where he has become a trusted role model for younger boys and young men.
Whether he's helping to run activities or encouraging participants to step outside their comfort zone, Isaac brings enthusiasm, kindness and maturity to everything he does. His lived experience allows him to connect with the young people we support, showing them that confidence, resilience and positive relationships can change lives.
Alongside his volunteering, Isaac has also demonstrated incredible commitment through his fundraising efforts. Together with his dad, Carl, he has taken on multiple demanding hiking challenges to raise vital funds for MAN&BOY, helping ensure that more families can benefit from our programmes. Their determination and generosity have inspired many within our community.
Receiving the Young Volunteer Award is a fitting recognition of Isaac's dedication, passion and willingness to put others first. He embodies everything MAN&BOY stands for and is a shining example of how young people can make a real difference in their communities.
Congratulations, Isaac! We are incredibly grateful for everything you do and can't wait to see the positive impact you'll continue to make in the years ahead.
