Two full-time roles | 37.5 hours per week (5 days)
We're excited to be recruiting two Engagement Coordinators to join the MAN&BOY team.
These are fantastic opportunities to play a key role in helping boys and the significant men in their lives build stronger relationships through adventure, shared experiences and positive male role models.
As an Engagement Coordinator, you'll work closely with families, referral partners and volunteers to deliver life-changing programmes across South West London and Surrey. From coordinating activity days and residential camps to supporting families throughout their journey, you'll help ensure every participant has a positive and rewarding experience.
This permanent role will oversee MAN&BOY's core programme delivery across South West London and Surrey. You'll coordinate our annual programme, support families and referral partners, lead our volunteer team and work closely with the wider staff team to continue developing our services.
This role is based across South West London and Surrey, with regular attendance at our Kingston office (typically two to three days each week).
This fixed-term role will lead the coordination and delivery of our growing programme across Surrey, building relationships with local families, referral partners and volunteers while working closely with the wider MAN&BOY team.
The contract is for an initial 12 months and is subject to contract award and continuation of commission. The role is based across Surrey, with at least one day each week in our Kingston office.
Both positions involve coordinating activity days, residential camps and courses, supporting families, developing partnerships and leading volunteers. You'll spend plenty of time out and about meeting families, working outdoors and helping deliver engaging experiences that make a lasting difference.
The roles require flexibility, including regular evening work and at least one full weekend each month to support residential camps and programme activities. Hybrid working is available when programme commitments allow.
