Volunteering

MAN&BOY relies upon volunteers to deliver the programme and would be pleased to hear from anyone who shares our values and is passionate about empowering boys to reach their full potential.

Volunteering with MAN&BOY does require a level of commitment, but volunteering is fulfilling, gives back to the community, helps support your own development and is lots of fun!  It can take many different forms - remote, in person days/weekends, whatever you can give is crucial to our continued work!

Opportunities to support us include:

  • Camp facilitators
  • Climbing Course facilitators
  • Fundraising
  • Organisational support
  • Accounting
  • Admin support
  • Social media and technology support
  • Trustees

If you would like to discuss volunteering opportunities with us, please complete contact our Engagement Co-Ordinator at  for more information.  Please note you will need an Enhanced DBS check which we will arrange for you.

We recognise that everyone has different skills and different amounts of free time.  Check out some of the roles we have and how you can benefit from volunteering with us.  We would love to have you!
